When I made this one, I had in mind the A inscribed in a circle anarchy symbol, and a cyberpunk aesthetic. The woman and her magic spell make the inscribed A, which is also how she ended up with such a pointy hat. She also appears to have some form of magical ability, so resemblance to a witch hat made sense.
